1. Scope & Application

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital training products and services provided by Automate, Scale, Thrive. Unless otherwise specified, the terms apply globally, subject to local consumer law where applicable.

2. Eligibility & Timing

• You must request a refund in writing via email to [email protected], quoting your purchase date, order number and reason.
• Refunds will only be processed once all required documentation and eligibility criteria are verified.
• The refund deduction of the payment processor’s refund transaction fee will apply (see Clause 4).

3. Refund Transaction Fee

If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be reduced by the payment processor’s refund transaction fee (for example Stripe’s fee). The fee will not be reimbursed to you.

4. Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
• You have redeemed the “AST Implementation Blueprint for Your Business (1 unit)” customised service (unless we explicitly allow otherwise).
• You have failed to provide required proof of attempted implementation under the Guarantee.
• You request a refund outside an applicable refund or guarantee window.
• You have consumed or downloaded the digital content and it would be impractical to reverse such delivery.

5. Process & Timing

• On receipt of your refund request, we will respond within 14 days with confirmation of eligibility.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, credited via the original payment method or alternative at our discretion.
• Access to the Services may be revoked immediately upon refund.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (for example UK or EU law) where those rights cannot be waived.

7. Display & Revision

This Refund Policy is accessible via our website and forms part of the contractual agreement between you and Automate, Scale, Thrive. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time; changes will apply to future purchases only. You should check this page before making a purchase.
