The Virtuoso Academy – Automate, Scale, Thrive

Version 4.0 | Effective: February 2026

1. Definitions

Course means the Automate, Scale, Thrive educational programme, including all modules, materials, templates, prompts, community access, and supplementary resources.

NANO means the foundation-level course package (Modules 1–4).

PRO means the comprehensive course package (Modules 1–13).

ELITE means the premium done-with-you programme including PRO, a Bespoke Implementation Blueprint, private coaching, done-with-you implementation, priority support, VIP Community access, and advanced certification. ELITE is available by application only and limited to 20 members per cohort.

Bespoke Implementation Blueprint means the personalised AI implementation strategy created exclusively for an ELITE member.

Founding Member means a purchaser who enrols during a designated pre-sale period.

Bridge Content means supplementary materials provided before primary Course delivery.

Delivery Date means the date primary Course access credentials are sent to your registered email address.

2. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of www.automatescalethrive.com and any purchases made. By accessing the Website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Website is operated by Sentient Sky Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12222356), trading as The Virtuoso Academy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase the Course
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations

3. Products and Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise
Pricing may change without affecting existing purchases
Founding Member pricing is locked for life while the account remains in good standing
Currency conversion is handled by the payment processor
ELITE is application-only and acceptance is at our discretion

4. Payment and Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe
We do not store payment details
Klarna is available for US customers only and not for ELITE
Receipts are emailed after purchase
ELITE payment links are issued after application approval and are valid for 72 hours

5. Licence and Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for professional use only.

You may not:

Share or resell Course materials
Record or reproduce content
Create competing products
Share login access
Scrape or programmatically access content

All Course content and branding are the intellectual property of Sentient Sky Ltd.

ELITE Blueprints and coaching recordings are private, non-transferable, and may not be shared or used to deliver third-party consulting.

6. Pre-Sale and Phased Delivery

6.1 Pre-Sale Nature

Pre-sale purchases provide access to a Course in development and include Quick-Start materials, Community access, future updates, and locked pricing.

6.2 Delivery Schedule

Quick-Start Kit and Community: Immediately
NANO: Within 120 days
PRO: Within 180 days
ELITE Blueprint: Within 14 days of enrolment
ELITE Live Sessions: Begins within 21 days
ELITE Implementation: Begins within 6 weeks

6.3 Delivery Failure

Failure to deliver within stated timeframes entitles you to a full refund regardless of other terms.

6.4 Bridge Content

Bridge Content does not trigger guarantee periods or constitute Course delivery.

7. Satisfaction Guarantees and Refunds

NANO: 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee
PRO: 30-day simple + 60-day implementation guarantee
ELITE: 45-day pre-services guarantee only

ELITE becomes non-refundable once personalised services begin.

8. Community Guidelines

Professional and respectful conduct
No sharing of personal or client data
No unauthorised promotion
No redistribution of Course materials

ELITE VIP Community content is confidential.

9. ELITE Programme Terms

Application and fit call required
Six private coaching sessions across 13 weeks
Done-with-you automation implementation
Priority support via Slack or Voxer
Advanced certification and optional case study (with consent)

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Course, except where prohibited by law.
